Renato is a founding partner of Latache Capital. He has extensive experience in investments and restructuring. He began his career at Credit Suisse Investment Bank and later served as a partner at Blackwood Investments. He holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC and is co -author of the book “10 Anos da Lei de Recuperação Judicial”, published by Quartier Latin in 2015, sponsored by Deloitte.

SÉRGIO CLEMENTE | CHAIRMAN – PARTNER

Sérgio is Chairman of the Board and of the Investment Committee at Latache. He is member of the Boards of Directors of Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. and Grupo Mateus. Previously, he was Executive Vice-President of Banco Bradesco S.A., being responsible for Wholesale, Middle Market, International Area, BBI/Brokerage, Private Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity divisions. He has also served on the boards of Banco Daycoval, Grupo Guararapes S.A. (Riachuelo Stores) and Bradespar, was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Vale S.A. and acted as a Senior Advisor to Orix USA. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC-MG, an MBA from IBMEC and completed the PGA programs at Fundação Dom Cabral and INSEAD.

MARCEL CECCHI | CEO – PARTNER

Marcel Cecchi, CFA, is CEO and Head of Capital Solutions at Latache. He is member of the Boards at Oncoclínicas and Terra Santa Propriedades Agrícolas. Previously, he was CFO at Grupo CB and UISA (Usinas Itamarati), and served on the Board and Audit Committee at Via. He has also held leadership roles as partner at Laplace Finanças, Director at Andrade Gutierrez Telecom and partner at Angra Partners. Marcel began his career at Accenture as an analyst, consultant and manager. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College) and has been a CFA charterholder since 2008.

STEFAN LOURENÇO | GENERAL COUNSEL – PARTNER

Stefan leads Legal, Compliance, Risk, AML/CFT and Data Privacy (LGPD) at Latache and is the firm’s appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO). He brings extensive experience in M&A transactions, banking and capital markets, insolvency and debt restructuring. Stefan has worked at Pinheiro Guimarães, Dias Carneiro and TWK, and served as Corporate Legal Head at BRF and General Counsel at Strategi Capital. He holds a Law degree from PUC-SP, with additional specializations in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Financial Products & Risk Management from FIA Business School and Tax & Accounting Planning from PUC-SP.

ELISA MARTINEZ | INVESTOR RELATIONS – ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Elisa is responsible for Investor Relations at Latache. With over ten years of experience in the financial market, she has worked at Banco Modal in private credit distribution at Investment Banking, acted as a private credit trader at Itaú Asset Management and was a risk analyst at Banco Itaú. She holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Finance from INSPER.

VLADIMIR SANTOS | COO – ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Vladimir is responsible for the Middle Office area at Latache Capital. A technologist, he has more than 16 years of professional experience in the financial market, with roles at Desban Fundação BDMG, Araújo Fontes/ AF Invest Asset Management, Vêneto Asset Management and as controller coordinator at Titan Capital.

CAIO KAVAMOTO | PRINCIPAL – ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Caio is a member of the Credit and Research team at Latache. He started his career in 2018 as a Finance Trainee at Valens Consultoria, focusing on financial modeling, restructuring and process optimization. He holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) in 2020.

JULIO AVELINO | PRINCIPAL – ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Julio is part of Latache Capital’s Credit and Research team. He began his career in 2017 at Gama Investimentos as a Private Equity Analyst and later joined Finenge, a project finance advisory firm. After nearly five years, he joined Latache in 2024. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP.

CAIO BIGOTTO | SR. COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Caio works in Governance at Latache, focusing on Risk Management, Compliance, AML/CFT and Internal Controls. With over ten years of experience in both public and private companies across various sectors such as construction, oil & gas and capital markets, he holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Fraud Risk Management and Compliance from FIA.

YVEN PINCELLI | LEGAL

Yven is a lawyer and is part of the legal team at Latache Capital. She holds a Law degree from Estácio de Sá University – SC.

TULIO MOURA | MIDDLE OFFICE ANALYST

Tulio is part of the Latache Middle Office team. Previously, he worked in Fiduciary Administration at Singulare DTVM, managing asset registration, corporate actions and liaising with asset managers and B3. He holds a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC-SP.

JOÃO LUCAS KALLAS | TRAINEE

João joined Latache Capital as a trainee in 2024. He previously worked in Investments & New Business at Cedro Participações and is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering.

JÉSSICA FERREIRA | OFFICE MANAGER

Jessica serves as an Office Manager with nine years of experience in managing and structuring administrative operations. Throughout her career, she has led process optimization initiatives within large multinational companies across the renewable energy, civil engineering, and healthcare sectors, contributing to efficiency gains, standardization, and strengthened internal governance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Executive Advisory, combining strategic insight and strong analytical capabilities to support senior leadership and drive the development of robust administrative processes.
